The Travel Channel's current network identity relies on photograph and video footage to grab their viewers attention to take them to dream destinations. This re-brand takes an opposing approach, that represents the abstract journey of traveling. It is meant to evoke personal emotions that are comfortable and familiar while also being bold and expressive. Through the use of organic lines, bright colors and traditional serif typefaces the viewers are taken on an uplifting excursion that unearths a sense of comfort in the places both known and unknown.
